The purpose of this organization is to recruit, retain, and elevate women within the financial services and affiliated industries.  We accomplish this through professional development opportunities, encouragement and influence. 

We ae comprised of 33 female leaders from 24 companies.  We are actively engaged in our community and have member representation on 25 non-profit boards and leadership positions in 24 community and professional committees.  Our members are well connected, and represent involvement in 14 additional Leadership Member Groups.  Many of our members have been recognized for their achievements and have received 23+ community accolades, including 3 "Women of Influence", 3 "Leadership Iowa Alumni" and 3 "Forty under 40" recipients.  

DSM FEW was named the most influential Women's Networking Group in Des Moines by the Business Record's Book of Lists in 2017.
